Fortunately, the Vein Wave device is only capable of creating very small and very superficial wounds to the area treated.  The face and nose have a very robust blood supply which promotes healing greatly.  Your wound looks like it is already in the process of healing and it wouldn't be a bad idea to apply a very small amount of Neosporiin ointment to it until the skin is healed.  Helping to keep it moist will reduce the already very low change of having a scar in this area. 

VeinWave uses thermo-coagulation whereby thermal energy emitted by a uni-polar current at the tip of an ultra-fine insulated needle specifically targets veins for treatment while protecting the surrounding tissue. Apply Scar Serum to the area and it should heal nicely.
