I am actually 3 weeks post-op from liposuction of ab, back & flank area. I took Bromelian supplements & I think it help a lot with swelling. I was informed not to use the lipo board under my garment but think I should where something to prevent the indentations. Do this look permanent, or normal? I haven't had a lymphatic massage. What would be your recommendation to decrease further damage to my lipo results. Will massage help, wearing foam and board under my compression garment. Worried!

These can be excised through an incision underneath the buttocks.Liposuction of those areas by an experienced board certified plastic surgeon may be appropriate. This can be coupled with InMode RFAL skin tightening.
This is most likely from tape, though the use of the silver compund may well give you that dark pigment. Be sure to protect from the sun until, fully healed.. I would avoid Neosporin as it can cause skin problems. Use polysporin if advised by your PS.
Based on your description liposuction is possible, as it will only get rid of fats in specific areas of your body. This will remove stubborn fats that you can't get rid of with diet and exercise and this procedure will sculpt your abdomen to emphasize the abdominal musculature.
