Any hope for surviving after bio-gel injections removal? I'm suffering from pain, inflammation and fever. (photos)

Thank you for your question regarding removal of Biogel from your buttocks. I'm sorry for all your troubles. Presently, I would suggest you have more of this Biogel surgically removed. It appears that your liposuction, though initially effective, may not have removed all the Biogel. I would suggest you need a POSTERIOR BUTTOCK LIFT to directly remove the biogel from your buttocks.


Please seek an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon who has removed silicone from a significant number of patients with a posterior buttock lift.

If you were consulting with me, I'd start with ordering an MRI to determine the nature of any remaining product. You could benefit from another open removal and reconstruction.
