Any hope for surviving after bio-gel injections removal? I'm suffering from pain, inflammation and fever. (photos)

I had a Biogel buttocks injections 7 years ago. 3 years ago Dr performed surgery to get the substance removed, most of my fat was taken out, 2 months after the surgery I started to have redness and discomfort, A year later I had a liposuction, to extract more of the biogel, im suffering from pain, inflammation and fevers; I cannot sleep on my side or my back or seat for I get redness and inflamed immediately, I have been taken prednisone and antibiotics for over a year, please help!
