Should I be looking for silicone butt injection removal?

This is a unique condition that has not been studied in the medical community. So no one will be able to answer you with any certainty as to whether or not you too, will develop symptoms. I have seen patients in my practice that begin experiencing symptoms just weeks or months after injection. Others don't see symptoms until 20+ years after injection. What I have seen to be true is that once symptoms present, they only get worse.

I have taken care of many patients in the Dallas area and beyond who have had silicone injections to the buttocks and other locations.  Unfortunately, free silicone progresses to scarring, silicone granulomas and infections in the vast majority of patients.  The fact that you have made it so long without complications is good, but I would recommend a consultation with a plastic surgeon consistently to monitor the areas injected.  Surgery is delayed until after a pregnancy in the majority of cases.
