What is this lump? Could it be because of my severe grinding & clenching? Would prolonged grinding cause healing issues? (Photo)

lower lump on jaw line since day 2, now 3 week post mini face lift it’s still there, often getting bigger as days goes. It’s Tender too. sutures lines amazing, Bruising gone. Was not prepared for the swelling. PS pulled some fluid from the area at 1wk post op app but it didn’t do anything. been icing for comfort and have been eating super healthy. waiting game? My clinching from stress slowing recovery & adding to inflammation? I wear a NTI night guard
