My physician said she can’t predict the outcome and it wasn’t a reassuring answer. I’ve looked for this direct problem but noone mentions inner thighs. I have two hard bumps on Both. When I stand up they’re visible. The skin is crepey and I HATE my outcome. PS said that she can’t predict where scar tissue will form. plz tell me there’s a way alleviate the hard lumps if they don’t correct on their own. Also will the discolor vanish
Answer: Love my TT hate my inner thigh Lipo. Why are my inner thighs wicked hard and crepey? Thank you for sharing your question and photographs and i am sorry that your current results have not been what you anticipated. You did not mention timing since your surgery but if immediately postop I would advocate for tissue massage and compression garment use. Hopefully some of the irregularity is due to asymmetrical swelling which will improve with time.

Answer: Hate my inner thigh lipo Your question is a little hard to answer without the timeline of your healing process. It looks as though you are still within the first few weeks or at most couple months from the procedure. The hard lumps, while uncommon after liposuction, could represent small fluid collections which may be able to be drained in the office with a small needle through the skin. The discoloration and scarring will take upwards of a year to change. Unfortunately, the crepiness of the skin might be permanent, only time will tell. Best of luck with your continued recovery!

Answer: Hard lumps after Liposuction I understand your concerns. Usually, the hard lumps will just resolve on their own. The hard lumps can be pieces of fat that slowly die or retained blood that hardens up like a scab. In both conditions, time will solve these issues. As for the skin, I would encourage you just wait for the hard lumps to go away and address the skin after other things have resolved. Undertaking more procedures prematurely is not only expensive but in many instances. unnecessary.

Answer: Lumps and crepey skin after inner thigh #lipo Depending on how far out you are from surgery, this COULD be normal. It is not uncommon to have some thickening and lumps under the skin after liposuction which often resolves with time. You may want to ask your surgeon if massage and/or ultrasound treatments would be of assistance. I typically refer my liposuction patients for lymphatic massage in the early postoperative period and self-massage as soon as it can comfortably be performed by my patients to help any lumps improve/resolve. That being said, the inner thighs are a difficult area with very thin skin so it may take longer to heal and probably more likely to have dimples and contour irregularities after liposuction. Good luck!

Answer: Inner Thigh issues post lipo??? Only in person examination would allow a determination if further therapies/treatments can help. First allow at least 3 months with aggressive massages and external ultrasound therapies to see if some improvement. If still with discoloration there are specialized lasers for this issue. As fir the hard lumps and wrinkled skin I might consider for the sums KyBella injections and the wrinkled skin Scupltra injections..??
