I have an infection 2 weeks after lip filler infection, how can I get rid of this blister without removing the filler? (Photo)

Clearly I have an infection. Went to see my GP and they put me on bactrim antibiotics. I'm scared as now I have blister looking lumps on my lower lip as well. I do not want to have it removed, I'm praying the antibodics work. Is there anything I can do to avoid lip surgery? I've been on the antibodics for 2 days. The top lip lump is sbout dime size, the bottom lip has 3 different infected sites. The picture doesn't look like they are bad but it's bad. Moreover, they don't hurt at all.
