I’m thinking maybe Kybella can help. Had Necktite about 5 weeks ago. Do lumps that are felt under chin area move? Seems I had 1 on my right side now that is gone & it’s under the chin. Do you think my chin will tighten more? My profile does not look different.
Answer: Neck Sag -- Fillers Like Belotero, Silk; Fraxel or Erbium Laser; Botox/Dysport/Xeomin; Sagging needs Neck Lift, Renvion/Vaser facetite takes 3-6 months for healing. but if you want improvement more quickly you need a neck lift, kybella Is terrible for you. morpheus long term will be needed and at home peels like cosmelan should be started now. if you want a dramatic change necklift/facelift, Implants and fillers will give you that. noninvasive will improve the area and facetite, threads, morpheus, and fillers can be used. start at home dermarolling to tighten you skin, see emeragecismetics where we do free skincare consults daily and recommend MTS roller with anteageMD ampules daily (see dermarolling package). With significant neck sagging you would need a neck/face lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). at the same time lasers (fraxel, co2 or erbium( or microneedling RF (fractora, intensif) can be . performed to improve the crepe skin or wrinkles. You need a formal consultation, as the neck can be treated with a combination approach: 1. micro needling and lasers for texture 2. botox, disport or xeomin to help platysmal bands 3. intensif or fractora RF microneedling for crepe skin and lifting 4. fillers like belotero, restylane silk, juvederm volbella to improve lines and folds 5. neck/face lifting if sagging is prominent or early starting +/- platysmaplasty (muscle tightening) 6. J plasma/Renuvion, thermiRF, inmode facetite for internal tightening 7. ultherapy and thermage for external tightening 8. regular Venus legacy, exilis ultra, or inmode forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness 9. PDO novathreads or silhouette instalift cone threads for lifting and long-term collagen production see an expert for a full evaluation and treatment plan based on your individual situation and goals. Answer: No to Kylbella and No to Energy Treatments to the Neck Kybella and/or any form of energy device will be a waste of your time and money. The indications shown in the photo can only be addressed with a facelift if you expect to have measurable change.

Answer: Would Kybella help after Necktite? Thank you for your pictures and questions. When you say "necktite" procedure, I am assuming you had some type of neck skin tightening procedure, perhaps an RF based treatment? In that case, you are way too early to be worrying about treating anything. At 5 weeks, you are still in the early phases of healing. It is going to take 3-6 months to see the final results. Swelling will improve, nodularity will likely resolve, and the skin laxity will improve. Please be patient and resist the urge to treat something that is going to resolve on its own. Trying additional treatments during the healing phase may cause additional problems. I think that generally if patients are unhappy with these types of procedures then either the treatment was "oversold" to them as something that was going to produce surgical results (spoiler: it won't) or they were not properly instructed about the healing process recovery. Answer: Choosing the correct procedure Chemical Fat destruction is not a good option for you at this time. The correct treatment should’ve been a facelift. Radio frequency skin tightening doesn’t do what it Claims. You didn’t post the time frame but you need to give yourself at least six weeks before judging results and final results take 3 to 6 months. Lamps typically do not move after these procedures. You may have transient lymph node swelling. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
