4 days post Laser Genesis and I see purplish dots. Should I be worried? Did I get burned or is this just the process? (photos)

laser genesis to butt becuase i had redness due to injections years ago. i decided after 10 years i was sick of using makeup to cover red marks. The red marks would blanch so dermatologist decided laser treatment would help get rid of redness. its been 4 days since the laser. i cant find anywhere on the internet about the phases,only before and afters. Should i be worried? im starting to freak out! I see each hit the laser did, purple little dots and some look like a light scab. is this normal ?

In this case, I suggest contacting the office that preformed the treatment. Their settings may have been too high or recent sun exposure to the area may be the cause.
