Who's at fault for fat necrosis?

It is very rare to have infections after liposuction, however it is fairly common to have areas of firmness/fat necrosis that takes several months to smooth out.  Although this can happen in the best plastic surgeon's hands... it's always a better choice to have these types of procedures done by a physician who is board certified in the procedures they perform.  Hope this helps... 

It would be unusual to have erupting nodules 6 months after liposuction . I would be concerned about an infection such as mycobacteria. These areas need to be cultured to see if infection is present.

In my over the RS internet you needed large volume liposuction in hospital setting NOT SmartLipo! The result are predictable and you are the one whom signed the surgical consents. Which I am sure have statements about the potential of fat necrosis in them. I agree wth the possible need of full skin only TT. But no posted pics???
