5 months post from TT w/MR and Lipo. Happy but I feel like I have a square shape. Can touch up Lipo help? (Photo)

I have fat pockets on my hips. I want those taken out. I had a problem with necrosis of my flap after my tt, but have healed well. My Dr took great care of me. I really do feel like I've come along way from where I started. If this is something I can get rid of my own with diet and exercise I would, but when you touch my sides they are jiggly. I have sent several pictures including a before shot so you can see where I started to where I am now. I was hoping touch up Lipo on my sides will fix it.
