Vbeam laser is safe after filler injection. In fact, we use the vbeam laser 1 - 3 days after filler injection to reduce dark bruises faster. The laser wavelength is absorbed by the blood cell that make up the bruise. The spots look darker for a day then resolve. So a purple bruise becomes light pink. Seeing more blood vessels so quickly after filler injection suggests that you either had some vessels there before which are just more dilated from the pressure of the filler. In that case, they will likely return to normal again without treatment. The type of stretching of the skin required to cause increased numbers of capillaries to grow (because they are not 'broken capillaries' but a fresh regrowth) is generally more significant. It can occur with surgery when there is alot of pressure on the edges of the wounds or with use of an expander for months. Whatever the cause of the dilated capillaries (telangiectasia), the Vbeam laser is a safe and effective option for treatment. The next step is to return to the physician who did your injection. You can review before and after photos and discuss the cause and possible treatments for the redness.I hope this helped answer your question. Best wishes.
