I went in for a Vbeam on a pretty old hypertrophic scar on my nose that was very red. At first I thought the VBeam worked great (a day or 2) after the healing, the scar looked much, much lighter but about a week later, the redness returned; granted not to the same degree. This is not rosacea, its a hypertrophic scar on my nose so I'm wondering why the redness returned to the treated area even though a few days after healing it seemed much lighter?
