Is vaginal discharge and rash normal after my BBL 11 days ago?

Hi, I just had a BBL done on November 2nd. I’m back at home now. I took my garment wash it & shower. I noticed a rash on my inner thighs. My vagina also feels a little swollen and I’ve been having a yellowish green creamy discharge coming out when I wipe my vagina. Is this normal? I just finished taking my meds a day ago. I contacted my provider and the PA told me they only answer questions for people that had surgery that same week. I had my surgery 11 days ago. She wouldn’t answer any of my questions at all.
