How can I get insurance to cover for my breast implants removal?

Sometimes saline implants can be removed under local anesthesia without performing any capsule removal or lift. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of breast surgeries annually for the best advice. 
Because breast implant surgery is elective, your insurance company may respond that it is not obligated to pay for special breast screenings, MRIs or implant removal.  Call your medical insurance provider to determine if they will defray some or all of the cost.

I'm sorry you are having so many issues.  You need to call your insurance carrier to see if there is coverage for removal under your policy.  Typically breast implant removal is not covered unless the implants were placed for medical reasons (ie reconstruction after breast cancer).  If there is coverage your insurance carrier may require you to visit certain surgeons to have the procedure.  

Most insurance companies do not cover the removal of breast implants since you chose to have the procedure for cosmetic reasons. In the past, some insurance companies covered the removal of the old ruptured gel implants, which were taken off the market in the end of 1991. You obviously do not have the old gel implants. Your sciatic pain is not related to your implants, but possibly from a back problem. I would suggest discussing your problems with your medical doctor and seeing if your dizziness and sciatic pain can be diagnosed.
