Is there any way the fold below my nipple will resolve to look more natural over time? (Photos)

Although it is hard to tell without an exam, it appears that the tissue from the breast or skin has adhered to the chest wall and caused a scar adherence. This might be helped with conservative measures, but may also likely require surgical revision. At this point, there are unlikely to be any significant changes going forward. You will likely need surgical revision to correct any lingering issues. Scar release and fat transfer may be helpful.As always, discuss your concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS)

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  After 10 months your current results will not materially change and a revision procedure to release the scar tissue and replace it with either fat or another implant may be required to restore your shape.  See a series of ASPS board certified plastic surgeons in consultation to discuss. At ten months post op you will not likely notice much change going forward.  You can opt for surgical revision, including releasing the scar tissue and fat transfer.  You could also consider a small implant if fat transfer is not an option.  I encourage you to meet with your board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

Because of the hematoma, the amount of tissue removed, and residual scarring, that area may not settle over time by just letting it heal. A fat transfer could be helpful once the area has healed from your removal. for now scar massage and scar products could be helpful.
