A broad nose can be modified by addressing the lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip. There are procedures to narrow the nose as well as to define the nasal tip. Expectations are very important because although your broad nose can be modified, it probably will never be narrow. Narrowing a wide nose involves multiple techniques to accomplish the goals of narrowing.  Medial and lateral osteotomies of the nasal bones will be needed to narrow the bridge line. Tip suturing techniques to the lower lateral cartilages will narrow the tip. An alar-plasty will be required to narrow the nostrils. This can all be done through closed rhinoplasty techniques as an outpatient surgical procedure.
