Right eyelid is way lower than my left - What can I do to fix my uneven eyes? (photos)

You have significant upper eyelid ptosis with compensatory eyebrow elevation. You are missing your upper eyelid fold as a result. Surgery is needed to address this. Be aware that many ptosis surgeons will recommend posterior approach ptosis surgery. While this surgery is extremely simple for the surgeon, it will not be right for you. The posterior approach surgery, also called scarless surgery, or Muellerectomy, or Mueller's muscle conjunctival resection surgery, will not be effective for your ptosis. You have central levator disinsertion. The posterior approach will not be effective. You also need a crease made on the front of the the eyelid. Surgery is very comfortable and recovery is reasonably fast but there can be persistent swelling that most others do not notice after a few weeks. If you are using an eyelash growth serum, please stop immediately. These products are harmful to the eyelid. There is no substitute for a detailed, in person consultation.

Based on only posted photos appears as asymmetric congenital ptosis. There is new eye drops "UpneeQ" that would seem to help. Rx costs around $230 plus fee to have MD write the RX (?$250 more?).

You have ptosis (droop) of the eyelids, most likely due to a stretched or high insertion of the levator muscle as you have a very high tarsal fold. This is correctable with a blepharoplasty with reinsertion of the levator and lowering of the crease. See a plastic or ophthalmic plastic surgeon who treats this regularly.
