Hello! Im wondering if I have a negative eye tilt? I always try to subtlety raise my eyebrows so I thought it was because of my browbone.But as Ive looked it seems like they're actually really dropped to the sides. I like the actual size of my eyes, that I can see white on multiple sides and I'm worried if getting them upturned even to just a more neutral position would make them smaller.

Hi, thanks for asking. It looks like part of the lacrimal (tear) gland is maybe enlarged or displaced. That can sometimes be normal, but if it's associated with the eye being pushed forwards, you should get a scan done, so I'd suggest getting a referral to get it looked into.
I'm sorry you are having this problem. It is for reasons such as these that I personally gave up using fat transfer many years ago. For one, the promise that the fat is a permanent solution is seldom fully realized, since much of the fat displaced from its original blood supply does not survive....
