Negative eye tilt - do I have one? (photos)

Hello! Im wondering if I have a negative eye tilt? I always try to subtlety raise my eyebrows so I thought it was because of my browbone.But as Ive looked it seems like they're actually really dropped to the sides. I like the actual size of my eyes, that I can see white on multiple sides and I'm worried if getting them upturned even to just a more neutral position would make them smaller.

It is quite possible that you have droopy eyelids, based on these photos. You also have bowing of the lower eyelids. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

Good morning,
It is a little difficult to tell in the pictures because it depends on the orientation of the picture and your eyes. However, you seem to have some scleral show or looseness to the lower eyelids causing them to droop and give the appearance of having negative tilt. The top edge of your lower eyelid should sit at the bottom of the colored circle (the iris). Yours appears to be a little lower than that. 
A better assessment would have to be done in person. A board certified plastic, facial plastic, or oculoplastic surgeon would give the best assessment. Good luck!
