What would be the best surgery in this case? I've had this problem since forever. Grew up as a mouthbreather/still got respiratory problems if that's relevant. It's getting a nuisance I constantly look dopey and makeup doesn't really solve any issues and if it did, without makeup the problem is still there. I don't really see many people with eyelids like mines. Makeup or not, I need help. Any advice?
