I hahe a long history of drug addiction and unhealthy living. Been clean a year now and tackling the eating healthy and exercise. Ive had a conseltattion with a surgeon about my eye bags and hes advised to wait 6 months to see if drinking more water and healthy eating and exercise will male a difference. Can the puffiness in my eyes be considerably reduced by doing these natural methods. It always looks like ive been punched in my right eye. Im concerned its genetics and not water retention
