Over the years I had developed a bad habit of constantly pulling quite hard on my nose tip as a way to relieve stress and several months ago it seems this resulted in it looking noticeably stretched out and collapsed and is quite disharmonious with my face. I know I would need to schedule a consultation for a diagnosis as to what exactly has happened to it, but just from the sound of it are there any procedures that could possibly be done in order to restore it to its original state? Thank you

Typically sutures inside the nose dissolve, though it is hard to say what your surgeon's preference was. Certainly if you can feel a stitch poking through, you will have to find surgeon in the Bay area willing to see you and take the suture out.

The type of contour irregularity that you describe is very common following rhinoplasty surgery. During this procedure the nasal bones are filed and the nasal cartilage is shaved to reshape the nose. It’s not unusual to have residual boney irregularity, cartilaginous irregularity, scarring and...
Nasal humps tend to become visible as our bodies mature. At age 13, you probably have not fully matured, and your nose may change slightly over the next few years. I doubt though that the hump will go away. If it doesn't, by age 15, more than likely you will be ready for a rhinoplasty.
