My chin sticks out kind of like a witch’s chin and it makes my profile look awful. Also, when I smile it’s extremely noticeable. Not very feminine and multiple people have commented on it. It’s a huge insecurity of mine. If I could take just a little bit of tissue out and was able to get rid of the crease I’d feel a lot more comfortable with myself.
