Even though it's been 10 weeks, you still might have some occasional pain.  If you're concerned at all with anything, go see your plastic surgeon to make sure nothing else is going on.

As long as you're being followed by your plastic surgeon and performing dressing changes, your wound should heal up nicely over time.

As long as you're cleared by your medical doctor and/or your urologist it's probably okay to proceed with your tummy tuck. However, you might need to take some extra precautions (like good hydration or extra medications) before any cosmetic surgery procedure.  Good luck!

It might take several weeks for the steristrips to come off.  Then, I usually recommend Mederma and massage for the scars.

Seromas can occur after a tummy tuck, but persistent drainage usually resolves the problem.  You might want to see an interventional radiologist to place the drain.  If it doesn't resolve after several attempts, you might need to have the seroma cavity removed surgically.

I would recommend waiting 3-4 months to allow all of the swelling to resolve before making any final judgements about your shape.  Then, you can see if you need any revisions.
