How can I fix my lazy eye and eye size along with my asymmetrical face? Botox or maxillofacial surgery?

You have a common condition in which the eyelid opening muscle is slightly separated (ptosis). The correction of this is surgical reattachment of the muscle through a skin incision. This will even out the size of the eye opening and decrease the need to strain your brows to help with your upper visual field. For minor facial asymmetries, the simplest solution is filler into the cheek areas and the hollow areas under the cheeks. Some of photos indicate you would also benefit from nasal surgery to reduce the bridge line.

You have mild facial asymmetry which doesn't need surgical treatment. Augmentation of the cheek and periorbital area on the smaller side with fat grafts or fillers would help. Possibly lower blepharioplasty? Only on the basis of in person consultation one could give you a more detailed plan of treatment. Lazy  eye should be evaluated by an ophthalmologist. Good luck.

Eye asymmetry can be complex, dealing with asymmetry with eyelids, eyeballs, and/or orbits. Best to see an oculoplastic specialist for detailed evaluation.

Soft-tissue augmentation with fillers will help balance the differences between facial sides and add volume, foundation and projection for the enhancements you desire.Hyaluronic acid clear gel fillers (Restylane and Juvederm families) have different characters to project or volumize unfilled areas.Fat grafting also enhances the atrophy or loss of soft-tissues.Calcium hydroxylapatite is a white paste bone like filler I like to use as foundation to raise the depressed bony ridges. This functions as a injectable bone implant. The amount of facial asymmetry that you have is actually absolutely normal in every individual. You do not need maxillofacial surgery. However, your cheeks which are rather flat, could use an enhancement and in my opinion I believe fat grafting would provide you with natural and permanent results.
