This is a very challenging issue to address as there is previous injury to the area from the liposuction. The skin likely needs to be removed with an abdominoplasty. I would highly recommend seeing a board-eligible or board-certified plastic surgeon with adequate training and expertise in revisionary surgery. This is a complex problem to address and needs someone dedicated to revisionary surgery.

The problem is not residual fat that needs to be removed, its excess skin. A surgery that will improve the appearance of your abdomen is a tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty, which will remove this excess skin.
