Hello Doctor's I would like to know if this can be fixed with another round of liposuction? Seems like my panty line never gets liposuction. What can fix this it's one of my insecurities.
Answer: Can This Be Fixed? This is a very challenging issue to address as there is previous injury to the area from the liposuction. The skin likely needs to be removed with an abdominoplasty. I would highly recommend seeing a board-eligible or board-certified plastic surgeon with adequate training and expertise in revisionary surgery. This is a complex problem to address and needs someone dedicated to revisionary surgery.

Answer: Liposuction won't help The problem is not residual fat that needs to be removed, its excess skin. A surgery that will improve the appearance of your abdomen is a tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty, which will remove this excess skin.

Answer: Liposuction revision Dear Fantastic172913, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Correction lower abdominal fullness Hello! This situation looks a little more complicated than just adding a little more lipo, particularly if this area was treated in the past. The area does look scarred and could be difficult to contour currently with liposuction. It does look like surgery would be your best option, possibly at a later time. I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon. You can find one at plasticsurgery.org. Best of luck to you!
