I’m almost 39, and I have a more pronounced fold and crease on my left side than right. It really bugs me. I had Botox for TMJ problems earlier this year. My left muscle was more overstressed and the Botox helped so much - I only did it for the pain relief and I’ve been please. Not sure if the jaw dysfunction impacted the way these folds formed or not. Are fillers my only option? I’m so self conscious about my smile now.

It should be fine to have your lip filler dissolved and have jawline filler injected on the same day since the areas are not next to one another. Be sure to see an expert injector for your treatment.
We all have facial asymmetry to some degree and yours certainly falls into the normal range. A combination of fillers and Botox can often help minimize the appearance of asymmetry. I encourage you to visit with an expert injector near you to discuss your concerns and learn more about your options.
