Thank you for your question. It is impossible to determine exactly why you are experiencing they symptoms that you are after mole removal. A photo and more information about location, etc. would be very helpful. A surface infection or cellulitis would most usually look red and be swollen/painful - by description this does not seem to be what you have. Burning pain and white spots could be activation of herpes zoster or "cold sores" - these can be activated by a laser treatment and potentially by "burning off" your mole. My best advice would be to follow up as soon as possible with the treating physician. Best wishes!
