Can I get this freckle/mole removed on my lip? (Photo)

This looks like it could easily be surgically removed without deforming your lip. Scarring on the lip is usually pretty mild as well. 

Many dark tiny spots on the lips can just be easily snipped off by your doc under local. cost is roughly $150 and no stitching needed since the lips heal so nice on their own.

Because it is new,
and because it has arisen after being in a tanning bed, this should come off
and checked under the microscope. Find a board-certified dermatologist and have
this taken off with a scalpel and checked by the lab. The lips heal incredibly
well, and most of the time you will not even know something was done to the
area.
