I've had 5 sessions of IPL. I still have hair on my chin and the hair is thick and dark. I would like to know if that's normal.

Jelly-A one-time blast type of laser treatment usually does not work and may even risk worsening the mottled red and brown discoloration of Poikiloderma.  For this skin condition, I recommend a series of 3-5 BBL (Broadband Light) treatments spaced at 3 week intervals.Good luck!
