It bruised on the second day. It got blue/purple. Then it was like that for a while.. Now it just got really swollen and red and warm. Like really warm! And its so sore! Cos its so swollen my piercings start to be too short, and difficult to clean. But i clean them few times a day with warm water and antibiotic cream. I move them just when i clean them!

Your ear certainly looks infected. Removal of the piercing and both oral and topical antibiotics should be used.

Hello, you should get medical attention urgently, you have signs of infection, antibiotics should be started as soon as possible.
