I had CaHa filler (Crystalys) of 1ml and twice hyaluronic acid (regenovue) of 1.1ml injected for treatment of scarring. This worked fantastic but some of the fillers are still present even though the treatments were done 5, 4, and 3 years ago starting with CaHa filler. My worry is that I can still feel lumps of the fillers, especially CaHa filler in my cheeks and smaller lumps from ha injections. Is this normal or should I worry about possible infections on these sites? Will they ever dissolve?

HA fillers can be used to help add volume and improve under eye contours. You can also consider Morpheus8. This treatment combines RF technology with microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture and is safe for the under eye area. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

It seems from the submitted photos that you've had nice results from the filler treatments you've had. You can consider other treatments such as HydraFacial to keep skin looking healthy. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.
