Face looks deformed when smiling under flash photo. What procedure would correct this? (Photo)

Hello, Ever since I could remember I’ve hated getting photos taken, especially when flash is used. The corners of my cheeks don’t reach my eyes and looks quite sunken with a visible dark line going across is. I’m not sure what the procedure would correct this. Fillers? Fat implant? Lifts? Botox?
