Hello, Ever since I could remember I’ve hated getting photos taken, especially when flash is used. The corners of my cheeks don’t reach my eyes and looks quite sunken with a visible dark line going across is. I’m not sure what the procedure would correct this. Fillers? Fat implant? Lifts? Botox?

In terms of treatment, there are a few different approaches depending on the exact cause:

Dermal fillers in the midface or cheek area can help restore volume and smooth transitions that appear harsh under lighting.

Fat grafting/implants are more permanent options to restore facial volume but are typically considered if fillers are insufficient or if a longer-lasting result is desired.

Skin treatments like resurfacing or collagen-stimulating procedures may also improve overall skin texture and the way light reflects on your face.

Botox is less likely to address this particular concern since it primarily works on muscle movement rather than volume replacement.
