See a very experienced facelift surgeon to give  you the pros and cons of the type of facelift that would give you what you want. Beware of mini procedures that will give you mini  results and leave you still needing removal of the excess skin and fat!

Dear Jay0033, Reducing the buccal fat pads will refine the fullness in the lower cheek area. This is a procedure that is often referred to by most surgeons as "buccal fat pad removal". I personally like to call it "buccal fat pad reduction" as it is important that just a portion of the buccal fat pad is removed so that the patient has some definition in this area without hollowing the lower face.
