I've had 3 treatments of 1 mL of Juvéderm Ultra Plus within 5 years, and haven't gotten any in 2 years. I have this uneven "keyhole" in the middle of my lip, and a big lump at the bottom. What caused this and how can I fix it?

Thank you for your question. Yes, this is a region that may be treated with filler, or as you stated, an implant. Like any area of the face, there is a risk of intravascular injection, so please seek out a doctor who is experienced with fillers.

That’s disappointing that your lips have become dehydrated and cracking post treatment.
I would suggest that once your filler has dissipated from your lips you have a few months of no filler to monitor the situation and if this problem still occurs.
