A year and a half ago I had a closed rhinoplasty to remove a small dorsal hump. The tip of my nose was not touched and there were no osteotomies performed. I believe I was left with a small open roof deformity. In some lights in more obvious (the line of light reflected off of my nose in the area is not one straight line, but leaves a little dip). I understand that eventually I will need this surgically fixed, but right now that's just not in the cards. Can filler be a temporary solution?
