There are a variety of fillers that could be used to improve the indentation on your forehead. I would think that either Voluma or Radiesse would be the best options.

You can have the indented part of your forehead filled with HA fillers or fat. Problem is the forehead is very vascular so chances of inadvertently injection the filler or fat into a blood vessel is higher than other parts of the face.

Hello and thank you for your question and photo. Looking at your photo, it appears you would be a good candidate for filler in this area. I would choose a hyaluronic acid gel filler, juvederm vollure or volbella. It is hard to say which one without an in person consultation. Both are HA gel that can be dissolved if you were to dislike it. One is a thinner product. Both have to be touched up every 10-12 months. There are many fillers that are suitable for this use.Hyaluronic acid fillers. (Examples include Belotero/Restylane/Juvederm) that are reversible are your safest but will need to be touched up over time.Radiesse is another filler that is a stimulatory filler and can be used in this area when trying to mimic a bony sttructure but would need deep placement and if done incorrectly may give you visible lumps that can not be reversed.
