Question

I had buccal fat removal + chin and cheek lipo over a month ago in Mexico. The sides of my cheeks and my chin are super lumpy and hard. I’ve done therapeutic ultrasound, lymphatic massage and muscle release massage with little difference. Is this permanent fibrosis? Is there anything else I could try? Thanks

Patients with questions and concerns about their buccal fat removal and chin liposuction healing problems should contact the (overseas) surgeon that performed the operations for advice. Due to medical liability, most surgeons in the US don't like to manage complications of surgeries performed outside the US.

You might want to go back to your doctor or find another who can look at you and see if a dilute steroid shot can help. It might be too late so do this sooner rather than later.
