I’m not overweight, but when I smile my face/cheeks looks deformed/fat. What is the cause and what can I do to fix this? (Photo)

Most people when they smile their cheeks move upward and have this normal attractive face shape, but in my case my cheeks seem to move outward and they appear fat and my face looks deformed. I would like to know why my face is like this and what I can do to fix this?
