Contact lens irritation after ptosis eyelid surgery??

Without any clinical information, your age, or any photos, your question is impossible to answer.  What did your "ocular plastic surgeon" tell you about possible interventions to help you? You need an in-person consultation with a board-certified, fellowship-trained Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon with extensive experience in ptosis repair, eyelid surgery, and revisional ptosis surgery.  You must avoid any doctors that do ptosis or eyelid surgery part time, they cannot help you. Sorry to hear about your problems -- there is nothing easy about Ptosis, Ptosis Surgery, or Dry Eye conditions -- all are difficult. Best wishes in your search.
