I am interested in facial fat transfer. I am 40 years old and have had lupus for 20 years now. It is well controlled and in a remission. However, I am still on medication (methylprednisolon 4 mg, hydroxycloroquine 200 mg) and likely to stay on it to prevent relapse. My rheumatologist says I am ok to have a surgery, however she doesn't have any experience with fat transfer with her patients. Is it possible to have this procedure in my case? Thank you for your time.
