June 2022 I had my second tethering&scar revision done. Fat transfer was performed (again) to fix the volume loss but did not take. When I showed up for my last apt. Surgeon told me he was retiring & would be unavailable for next fat transfer. I'm wondering if I should do new implants (above muscle; saline) instead of a third fat transfer to fix the volume loss. I believe the tether has been released h/w I have not retained any fat. Would implants be better for someone like me? Thank you!
