I have these little fat pouches on the sides of my mouth. How can I get rid of them? (Photo)

These small fat pouches can occur after buccal fat pad removal. The fat is more superficial. Also the skin of the cheeks is starting to come down causing early jowl formation. This is due to time and gravity. Micro liposuction of the pouches may help. Hover the skin may still sag. Another option would to be to do a thread lift to actually lift the tissue up. The threads generate collagen which can help lift the area.

Those are subcutaneous fat collections that lie below the buccal fat pads and often become revealed long term when the deeper fat pads above them are removed. They can be treated by very small cannula liposuction.
