Fat loss after laser damage, will it grow back in my age range (20s)?

I had fat apoptosis in my facial after a damaged from a laser treatment which make my facial fat cell number decrease, and my face shape changed. I’m 20 years old right now .. Do you think I still gain a new fat cells in numbers ? I've read about us stop gaining new fat cells at our mid 20s
