Fat grafting excess under right eye 10 months post-op, what is the best removal method? (Photos)

Seeing Doctor in a month to ask as well :-) happy overall I had a variety of procedures including literally perfect fat grafting to breasts, this bump under eye is a bummer, anything I can do at home to help? I think my doc is going to do the steroid injections when I see him, but if I can do anything at home in the meantime that wold be great
