This is certainly a possibility and may not be abnormal. As fat grafts begin to stabilize in their new location, there may be periods of cell death triggering localized swelling. I would suggest using anti-inflammatories like Bromelain/Arnica, Motrin, and warm compress. You may also massage these areas to help alleviate the swelling. Please contact your surgeon to been seen in the office and get his/her opinion. 

Perhaps some warm compresses and some gentle massage.You are a month out and you can safely massage now and see how that does.
