Had a breast reduction a few days ago, one nipple is inverted and the other is really fat. Will they go back to natural shape?

I just got a reduction done a few days ago and one of my nipples have been sewed back on in a triangle and become inverted. Whilst the other one is really fat like the Areola puffs out with the nipple. Is this normal ? And are my nipples going to go back to looking normal like the naturally were ?

Thank you for your question.  You are in the very yearly stages of healing and recovery.  It takes several months for your breasts to settle down and fall into their new shape.  Please make sure to follow your surgeon’s post operative care instructions and contact him or her with any concerns.
