Thanks so much for your question and photos! From your photos, it is hard to see the wound, and I would recommend seeing your plastic surgeon for recommendations for wound care. The area where you have the open wound is at the "T-junction", the area of most tension in the standard Wise pattern breast reduction. Because of the increased tension in the area, it is more common to have wound healing problems in this area than other parts of the incision.Hope this helps...best of luck!Joyce C.
