I had a breast reduction, lift & fat transfer to upper pole when implants were causing sagging(implants removed, revision was the fat transfer) it’s now been a year later and I still have two big lumps in left breast that do stick out through the skin. It is not noticeable in cleavage or to anyone looking at me but when I’m naked you can tell and I can feel. It’s been determined it’s only fat necrosis but it bothers me. Dr. Says if he removes it will cause a dent where necrosis was. What do I do
