Fat necrosis from fat transfer to breast showing through, will it cause a dent?

It would be difficult to give an accurate assessment without an in-person examination. Fat necrosis could either resolve on its own or spread through healthy cells, which becomes a bigger problem. Liposuction may be an option but it might leave a dent on the skin surface depending on the amount of fats removed. A second opinion is never a bad option. 

Thanks for your question.  Sorry you are still experiencing issues with your procedure so far post op.I would suggest interviewing several Plastic surgeons (don't rely only on credentials, but make sure they are board certified in Plastic Surgery).  I would like to see you before making any plans.  Many times, I have injected a mild steroid into the firm area which softens it without making a dent.  It is much less invasive and inexpensive than surgery.Best of luck in your search for a viable treatment.Dr T

i would remove the fat necrosis.   Best to remove any infected or tissue that is hurting you .  If there is a dent it still is better than the fat necrosis.  Also fat grafting can be done to help improve the dent. Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon.   Good luck
