I had upper and lower eyelid surgery concurrently with a breast reduction 8/16.The scars on the sides of my breasts healed puffy and raised so that they show when I wear a swimsuit. The surgeon called them "dogears" and performed an inoffice correction in April. It didn't help, so now he is recommending more surgery and lipo. My lower eyelids, after less than a year, are still "loose". Yesterday, doctor refrred me to a med spa for laser therapy. I've spent thousands. Will it work?
